2023, Hii!

Woohoooo! So excited about this year.

I’m grateful to be alive; grateful to be on planet earth. (10/10 would visit Pandora still.) I’m grateful to have learned many lessons + gained many gems from a very healing, reflective, and transformative 2022. I’m grateful for faith, gratitude, and an illuminating intuition. Also, for my octopus friend, aka the ocean, who I have frequent heart-to-heart conversations with.

I rang in the new year by the ocean with a blanket, incense, and my sound bowl. Singing bowl.

This year (wait, last year), I spent a lot of time walking the sand at the beach. Finding totems, reflecting, praying, thanking. I don’t enjoy saltwater swimming as much as I used to, but the beach….she my sacred place.
